Welcome to Color Service Printing & Graphics Inc. Website. We provide our website as a service to our customers. Please review the following basic rules which constitute our "Terms Of Use & Legal Notices," which govern your use of our website.
By using our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, and our Privacy policy and all disclaimers or other terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on our website (collectively the "Agreement"). Your use
of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by
the Agreement, please do not use our Website
. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of our website and
thereby bypass the agreement, your use of (or clicking onto) any portion or page of our website still binds you to the
agreement. Since we may revise the agreement at any time, we recommend that you visit these pages periodically to
review the agreement.

Color Service Printing & Graphics Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these terms of usage at
anytime without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.

You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our
website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our
website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of
your account.

General Information

Any original media (discs, pictures, slides, proofs, etc.) are non-returnable and become CSP&G Inc. property unless pre-arrangements are made. Preferred file type is Adobe PDF. Acceptable applications for Mac & PC include (but are not
limited to) Quark Xpress, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe PDF.
Additional charges may apply if furnished media are incompatible with our software. We cannot guarantee consistent results
if files are generated by other applications like Microsoft Publisher. For best results, all rasterized files should be converted
to CYMK. All fonts must be included or embedded. Images must be flattened with CMYK in TIFF or EPS format. Proofs will be e-mailed or shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt of files and order form. Final approval will only be accepted in written format. No verbal approvals will be accepted. We are not responsible for shortage reprint. If you need to be guaranteed count, you must order a 10% overage. Quoted prices do not include any shipping, handling or sales taxes (if applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice. All jobs require payment in full upon acceptance of order. Unless other payment terms have been previously arranged and an account is up to date, your credit card will be charged upon placement of order. 


All orders are subject to acceptance by CSP&G Inc.  We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse.
We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order.

Credit Card

If the Buyer's credit card is declined, CSP&G Inc.  will not process the Buyer’s order. If the order is shipped and should the Buyer's account become delinquent, Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%)
on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond the payment term's due date, unless specific arrangements are made,
future purchases will require advance payment. In the event that Color Service Printing & Graphics Inc. must commence
legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

Customer Supplied Artwork Files

Customer supplied artwork files, “NO” proof will be sent. For each job, the customer may be required to supply a color
hardcopy proof of their job when placing their order. If the job is two-sided, folds or binds (like brochures and catalogs),
then a working model (mockup) of the job is required to indicate backup, page orientation, folding, binding and page order/assignment. We are not responsible for any such errors if a working model is not provided prior to proofing.

White Paper

CSP orders paper from different paper companies or manufacturers, paper is a unique product specifically designed to
work for printing companies. The main use of wood pulp is to make paper where whiteness (similar to but not exact
brightness every time) so that we will not get consistent results every time.

Color Match

We produce commercial color +/- 10% for cmyk or any Pantone colors; we cannot be responsible for PMS match; therefore,
we offer print industry's standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as
close to the colors you have provided as possible.

Color Proof Accuracy

Please note that although color proofs supplied to the customer are highly calibrated and very accurate, they cannot match
the final printed product 100%. This is due to the fact that proofs are created in a different way than the printed piece (ink, paper stock, registration, line screens, etc.) Also note that the customer proof may not closely match our proofs or the
printed piece either for the same reasons and because the customer supplied proofs are not calibrated to our presses.
Color Match: We produce commercial color +/-10% for cmyk or Pantone colors; we cannot be responsible for PMS match.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time begins after receipt of FINAL proof approval or files must be uploaded by 11:00am. Please note that cut
off time is 11:00 am, any order approve after 11:00 am EST can be moved to the next business day. Although we make
every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable
or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. We will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time. TURNAROUND TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE!

Time-Sensitive Projects

Our general rule for any time-sensitive order is 3% refund for each day the job is late, maximum refund per order per
customer is $1000 This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service, postage, sales tax, shipping, credit card,
rush service and design fees. Production time begins after receipt of FINAL proof approval or files must be uploaded
by 11:00am. Please note that cut off time is 11:00 am, any order approve after 11:00 am EST can be moved to the
next business day.

Over/Under Runs

Although we endeavor to print the quantity ordered, CSP&G Inc. reserves the right to print within 10% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account
for the possibility of an under run.

Shipping Information

CSP&G Inc. assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please
make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. We will not add insurance to each outgoing shipment unless
you requested. We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time & the time to ship to your final destination
as it is very difficult to process shipping changes once an order has been placed. We process hundreds of orders each day,
and within minutes of receiving your order our shipping and fulfillment department is already scheduling your ship date and preparing your shipping label.

We will generally ship your item via a ground carrier service however overnight or other shipping options are available upon request. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Discounts & Promotions

To qualify for a promotion you must place your order during the promotional period. The discount offer cannot be combined
with any other promotions or discounts. Qualifying purchases exclude mailing orders, postage, shipping, rush fees, credit
card fees and sales tax.

Sales Tax

All orders are subject to sales tax. If your company is tax-exempt, your exemption certificate must be sent or email to our billing department before ordering so we can set up a tax exempt account for you. No refund or credit back
for any orders that being charged or invoiced.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to cancel or otherwise refuse service or products to any person or organization.
Other Fees:
Jobs may be subject to other fees as follows:
- $10.00 - Additional hard copy proofs, per 8.5" X 11", per side.
- $66.00/hour - Approved artwork alterations; 1/4 hour minimum.
- $10.00 - Re-RIP of any file. Multi-page products like catalogs subject to higher rates.
- $5.00 - PDF proof on business card and postcard jobs.
- A $30.00 fee will be charged for checks returned due to non-sufficient funds.
- This is not an exhaustive list; other fees may be incurred in special circumstances.

Graphic Design

There is NO ADD’L CHARGE on FIRST PROOF, any customer changes after that will be additional $20 per proof. And $90 per hour of the labor time due to customer's preference. If the customer needs to have a new concept, new images or photos additional cost will apply and your charge will be adjusted accordingly for any additional changes. CSP&G Inc. reserves the
right to apply charges to the account as the project progresses. Design documents including, but not limited to, sketches, comps, designs, illustrations, photography, models, and all other design documents are the exclusive property of CSP&G Inc. Exclusive copyright of these materials is reserved by CSP&G Inc., upon full payment of all fees and cost, customer is granted
the right to use the designs contained in these materials specified in project contract only. All other rights remain the exclusive property of CSP&G Inc.

Copyright ownership: Copyright design to your company it is against our company policy. According to Common Copyright Law, copyright ownership belongs to the person or entity who created the work. The author of an artwork owns the copyright over
the artwork until he or she sells it to another party. This copyright protection covers all business activities such as designing, photographing, composing, etc. At this point, CSP&G Inc. retains ownership of all preliminary design work for all customers.

Use of Artwork

You understand and agree that we license photos and other artwork, hereinafter referred to as images, from various licensors and/or copyright holders. We are licensed to use the images as permitted in their respective license(s). These images are
used in our design templates, hereinafter referred to as templates. You are required to comply with the limitations on how
the images and/or templates can be used.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys' reasonable fees) related to your violation of this agreement. You specifically agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all claims arising from the improper use of trademark, copyright, or
other protected material, including but not limited to the use of a union bug.

Proprietary Rights

Unless otherwise noted, all written and/or other materials that are part of our website, including information, images,
illustrations, designs, icons, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, and other material (collectively "Content"), are protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights, and these rights are valid and
protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or developed in the future. Except as expressly authorized or licensed, you may not copy, modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale,
lease or rental of, create derivative works from or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. All content is copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. and international copyright laws, and we own, to the fullest extent allowed
by such laws, the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of all content. Our trademarks,
logos and other trademarks on our Website are the property of their respective owners and are owned by, licensed to, or,
where required, used with our permission, and, as such, may not be reproduced, copied, or manipulated in any manner
without the express, written approval of the trademark owner.

Your Use of Our Website

Our website and the content are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the
content and/or other downloadable materials displayed on the website for your personal use only; provided that you also
retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the material, do not modify or alter the material
and do not copy or post the material on any network computer or broadcast the material in any media. It is strictly prohibited
to modify, transmit, distribute, reuse, repost, "frame" or use the content for public or commercial purposes without written permission from an authorized representative. It is also strictly prohibited to download any images of our products which
appear on our website. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result
of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the website or any related intellectual property. You agree that if we, in our sole and unfettered discretion, requests
in writing that you remove any link or links to our website, you will promptly do so. You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, and at any time, terminate your access to and use of our website, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

You May Not:

Use images and/or templates together with pornographic, defamatory, or unlawful content or in such a manner that it infringes upon any third party's trademark or intellectual property rights.

Use the images and/or templates in a way that places any person depicted in the images and/or templates in a bad light or in a way that they may find offensive - this includes, but is not limited to, the use of Images a) in pornography; b) in advertisements or promotional materials for tobacco products; c) in advertisements or promotional materials for adult entertainment clubs or similar venues, or for escort services; d) in advertisements or promotional materials for dating services; e) in connection with political endorsements; f) in advertisements or promotional materials for pharmaceutical or healthcare, herbal or medical products, including, but not limited to dietary supplements, digestive aids, herbal supplements, personal hygiene or birth
control products, if the use implies that the depicted person engages in any immoral or illegal activity or suffers from a
physical or mental infirmity, ailment or condition.

Use any images and/or templates (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, logo, or other indication of origin, or
as part thereof, or to otherwise endorse or imply the endorsement of any goods and/or services.

Falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that you or a person other than the copyright holder(s)
of the images and/or templates created the images and/or templates.

We are required to provide licensors and/or copyright holders with the names of the users who access images and/or
templates. By signing below, you are also confirming that you understand this and are granting us permission to provide
your name and contact information as may be required. In the event that anything in this section contradicts any of the agreements or licenses we have with licensors and/or copyright holders regarding the images and/or templates, the terms
of those agreements shall govern.

If you use images and/or templates in any way prohibited above or in any agreements between us and licensors and/or copyright holders it will result in liability in accordance with the terms of our agreements with licensors and/or copyright holders.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable since they were made based on an individual’s specific colors, design specs, size and measurements. 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that are canceled are subject to a cancellation fee based on the current production status of your job. The fees are as follows: $10.00 per proof, per item - prior to a proof being sent. $25.00 per proof, per item - after a proof being sent, but prior
to customer approval. Cancellations: Canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. A charge of 50% of the order total will be applied to canceled jobs. NO REFUND - there will be no refunds once an order is placed and proof form has been signed (NO EXCEPTIONS). 

Should the customer abandon their order after 100 days, or 100 days or later of you placing an order from the order date, CSP&G Inc. has not received a response, or any files, or incomplete files from the customer, CSP&G Inc. may at its option cancel the order, the customer will not be entitled to a refund including deposit, rush fees, credit card fees, and design fees.

Customer Return Policy

Since each order is unique to each customer it has no resale value, therefore “All Sales Are Final”. However customer satisfaction is very important to CSP&G Inc. we stand behind every single order. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact our sales representative by calling us at 703-321-8100 between 9:00am and 6:00pm, or email to

If we verify that we made an error on our end, your order will be reprinted and ready in the shortest turn-around possible.
- You must return your product within 7 days (at your own expense) from the time when the delivery was received.
- All returns must be in new condition, unused in original packaging.
- Some items are subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee.

Please note that we review each package individually and reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee contingent upon the condition of the returned item(s). After the items directed to our warehouse, CSP&G Inc. will issue a credit check to our customers; please allow up to 7 business days. Credit card refund could take longer to show up on your billing statement depending on your billing cycle.

Non-Refundable Items

Approved printing jobs. 
Items received after 7 days of delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Item has been partially used or distributed.
Damaged item or missing part or original invoice.
Items which are not in original condition or packaging.
Custom orders and factory second sale are non-refundable.
Shipping, postage, mailing, credit card fees, rush fees and design fees.
Should the customer abandon their order for whatever reason, they will not be entitled to a refund for any printing.

Re-print Policy

If you believe your print job is defective or has not otherwise met your requirements please contact CSP Inc., IN WRITING
via our online support system (Trouble Ticket). You must report your product within 7 days.

Option #1.  If we verify that we made an error on our end, your print order will be reprinted at no charge and ready in the
                    shortest turn-around possible.
Option #2.  If we made an error on our end, 100% store credit will be issued, the product cost towards a future order.
Option #3.  In rare cases where the print is very large or expensive, if we produce a defective print and notice the defect
                    before you come to pick it up or delivery, we will contact you to ask if you want to buy only the defective print
                    for half-price and waive your option for a reprint. We do this to avoid wasting materials and time – some
                    customers are more than happy to pay half-price for a slightly defective print, depending how it will be
                    used and the nature of the defect.

Customer's Errors
Even customer's errors or mistake on your part CSP will offer a 20% discount to reprint your product, however the
discount does not affect cost of shipping and designing fee. Please contact CSP Inc., IN WRITING via our
online support system (Trouble Ticket). You must report your product within 14 days.

Errors, Corrections, and Changes

Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right (and we will use commercially reasonable efforts)
to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Additionally, we reserve the right to change or update information at anytime without prior notice. 

Information & Content You Submit to Us

By using our website, you agree that any information (except for purchase information as applicable), materials, suggestions, ideas or comments you send to us or any other third party using our website is not confidential. By submitting any solicited or unsolicited information using our website, you grant to us and our affiliates an irrevocable and unrestricted license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute such materials, information, suggestions, ideas or comments for any
purpose whatsoever, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for the content you provide to us. Specifically, we are not responsible for any content that violates trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the use of a union bug. We are not a
union shop and are not authorized to print materials with a union bug. If you submit content with a union bug, we will not
print any such content if the union bug is observed during our quality control process. Jobs that violate this union bug policy
will automatically forfeit monies collected. Refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be at the sole discretion of our company.

Third Party Websites & Links

Our Website may contain links to other websites that are not under our control ("Third-Party Websites"). We provide links
solely for the convenience and information of our website users. We do not warrant or make any representation about the substance, quality, functionality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or any other representation
about any third-party website or its content. A link to a third-party website on our website does not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, approval or responsibility for any third-party website. We make no representation or warranty as to any products or services offered on any third-party website. The conditions of use and privacy policy of any third-party website may differ substantially from the terms of Use and legal notices that apply to your use of our website. Applicable Law & Other Terms

Our website is created, operated and controlled in the state of Virginia, in the United States of America. The laws of the
state of Virginia will govern the agreement without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws. You hereby consent
to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in Virginia, County of Fairfax in all disputes arising out of or relating
to the use of our website. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable
law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or
unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent
of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our website, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to

where you may contact us directly with your request. We will attempt to provide you with reasonable access to any personally identifiable information you have provided to us within 30 days at no cost. If access cannot be provided within that timeframe,
we will provide you with a date by which the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, we will provide
an explanation as to why access has been denied.

We may set and access cookies on your computer. We may also allow other companies that show advertisements on some of our website pages to set and access their cookies on your computer.
