If you submit your ticket during normal business hours our Quality Assurance staff or Your Sales Representative will be immediately notified and will being reviewing your concerns within hours. Tickets submitted after business hours will be reviewed the next business day. Most issues are resolved within 1-2 business days. If your job requires a reprint we will do our best to expedite the turnaround of the reprint.
